Join us for the Heroes Festival, sponsored by Laporte, Mulligan & Werner-Watkins PA, Sam’s Auto and Custom 4x4s and Lucas, Macsyzyn & Dyer Law Firm, on Saturday, October 15.
We will be celebrating our local first responders at the Waterfront Park, (8119 Old Post Rd, Port Richey, FL) from 10 AM – 2 PM, with a family friendly event, including a 1/2 mile fun run, a costume contest, trick-r-treating for the kids, safety presentations, touch-a-truck, performances and a big thank you for our local heroes.
From 4 – 10 PM, we will be at Gill Dawg in Port Richey for a concert featuring country music star Patrick Gibson and more. Doors open at 3:30. Come for dinner and drinks. Feel free to bring a lawn chair or ground cover, seating is limited.
There will also be a canned food drive is being held at both the daytime and evening events, to help those who benefit from the Volunteer Way. Bring a couple of cans to support our neighbors in need and receive a coupon to Chocolates by Michelle as a thank you gift for your generosity and benevolence.
In addition to raising funds for the Pasco County Fallen Law Enforcement Officer Memorial & Benefit Foundation, donations will be made to scholarships for two local high school seniors to attend the police academy and the fire academy.
